Darling

Our most recent single, released February 14th, 2026. Kicking off our 10th year as a band with a new song felt like the best way to do it. We’ve had this song for a little while now, and we’re so excited to finally share it with you.

Forever and a Day

Released January 2024. After recording our last album ourselves, we were itching to do it again. We didn’t quite have enough songs ready yet, so we decided to just release one. We feel like it’s a bit different from the rest of the music we’re writing right now, so we wanted to put it out on its own.

Into the Ivy

We honestly believe that we are lucky to get to share our music with the world. Not only are we constantly creating, but we are also surrounded by people who love to create just as much as we do. So sometimes we forget that this isn’t something that just everyone gets to do. After spending the last two years immersing ourselves fully in the local music scene we were able to produce an album entirely by ourselves. “Into The Ivy” is our second full-length album, but it’s the first release that is truly ours from start to finish. The entire album was recorded over the span of one week in August of 2022. Half of it was recorded in Marlborough Mass, and the rest was recorded in Emma’s bedroom in East Brookfield Mass. We originally anticipated being able to release before the end of the year, but we wanted to make sure the album was the best we could make it before we put it out. We spent the next six months constantly working to mix the album with no prior experience. It took a lot of work and passion to be able to complete this project, but we did it. We released the first single, “Summer Rain,” in October of 2022, the second single, “Ivy,” in January of 2023, and the album followed in February 2023. We are so fortunate to be able to share it with you. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Ivy

In addition to recording our album ourselves, in true DIY fashion we also made the music videos ourselves. Our most recent video being for our song “Ivy.” Released on the two year anniversary of the album, this video took us almost a full year and a half to film. With the help of many of our friends, we were able to make our vision come to life.

Shadow Work

The official music video for our song “Shadow Work” came out in June 2023. We had hoped to put this video out sooner, but due to camera issues while filming we weren’t able to release this one quite when we wanted to. Some parts of the video were recorded in December 2022 with the help of our friends, and the rest was recorded in March of 2023 with only Ella and Emma behind the camera.

Summer Rain

“Summer Rain” was the first single off of “Into The Ivy,” but it came months before the rest of the album. We decided to test our abilities on a small scale first. Although we recorded the entire album at once, “Summer Rain” was finished way before the rest. We decided that we wanted to release it early, along with a video, so that we could begin sharing our music with you. It took a lot of trial and error, but we did it.

Spacing Out

“Spacing Out,” our first EP, was recorded in a time where we were not only figuring out our sound, but also trying to navigate being in a band in general. 2020 brought a lot of uncertainty into our lives, and we also found ourselves without a bass player for the first time in 3 years. We used this break from live music as a way to reinvent ourselves. We took the time to write 5 new songs that were wildly different from what we had released in the past, and we carefully crafted our sound and performance so it was a true representation of us. This EP was carefully produced and mixed by Aaron Garcia of Pillbook and released in May of 2021, and truly was the first step in becoming the band we are today.

Figure it Out

The music video was really our first dive into the DIY world. We’ve done pretty much everything ourselves or with the help of others, so we’ve always been a do it yourself band, but this video was really our first big DIY project. We made the set entirely ourselves, and it took hours of painting to get it ready for filming.

50s Love Song

“50’s Love Song” was the first single we released off of Spacing Out. It seemed the most similar to the music we had released in the past, and we thought of it as almost the bridge between our old music and this new release. We rented out a roller rink for the day, and although they almost cancelled on us, we still managed to film the video.

June Gloom

Although we don’t often play songs off of this album anymore, “June Gloom” will always hold a special place in our hearts. This album was our first full-length release, totaling 11 songs recorded in Emma’s basement, and it represents our first steps into the musical world. June Gloom is made up of the first songs we ever wrote, and we spent 2 years working on it before it’s release in late 2019. While we may have since shifted away from our original surf-rock sound, this album is something we’ll always be proud of. We have been lucky enough to release more than one full album now, and that still isn’t something that most people get to experience in their lifetimes. We will forever be grateful for the experiences we’ve had and the people we’ve met, and June Gloom was our first step in the wonderful journey we’re on.

We wouldn’t be able to make music without people like you. People that support us and take the time to not only listen to our music, but visit our website and read about it too. As much as we make music for ourselves, we make it for you too. And we’d like to keep doing it for as long as we can. People like you make it so we can. Aside from coming to shows and buying our merch, your support in general gives us the push we need to keep creating. To be able to share something as personal and as deep as music with such a supportive community is something we never would have dreamed of being able to do. But here we are, and we’re able to create the way that we do because of you. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for being here for us.

Much love,

Rock on,

Evil Felipe
